Organizations registered with PSMB (Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad) and compliant with the HRD levy requirements are eligible to apply for training grants and financial assistance for their Malaysian citizen employees. To qualify, the training programs must be clearly aligned with and directly enhance the organization’s business operations.
